一、商品檢查與通知
請在收到商品後,7 日內(含假日)完成檢查:

二、可受理的售後情況
我們提供以下售後服務:

商品瑕疵(破損、印刷錯誤、功能異常)

寄錯商品或數量不符

出貨包裝問題導致商品損壞
確認狀況後,我們會依情形安排 換貨、退款 或其他補救方式。
三、無法受理的情況
請理解以下情況無法提供退換:

個人主觀因素(不喜歡、與想像不同)

已拆封、使用、洗滌或人為損壞的商品
-
特價品、預購品、客製化商品

超過七日鑑賞期
💡 提醒:七日鑑賞期並非試用期,請保持商品包裝完整(含標籤、贈品與外盒)。
四、退換貨流程

聯絡客服 → 提供問題照片與說明

我們確認後提供退換貨地址

請將商品妥善包裝寄回(請勿直接以商品外盒寄出)

收到並確認無誤後,我們將盡快寄出新品或退款
五、售後處理時間
收到退貨後約 3~5 個工作天 完成檢查與處理。
退款時間將依銀行作業流程為主。

We carefully craft and pack each item. If an issue arises, please contact us — we’re here to assist you.
1. Inspection & Reporting Window

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery.

For any defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please reach out within this timeframe.

Provide: Order number, clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement/Refund
We accept returns or replacements for:

Manufacturing defects or damage (e.g. broken, misprinted, malfunctioning items)

Incorrect items or wrong quantities shipped

Damage caused by inadequate packaging during shipping
After verifying your report, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind, dislike, or “not as expected” — buyer’s remorse

Items that have been opened, used, washed, or damaged due to improper use

Sale items, pre-orders, or custom/ made-to-order products

Requests submitted after the 7-day inspection window

4. Return / Exchange Process

Contact our customer service with order number and issue details.

After confirmation, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Please pack the item securely (do not ship using only the product box as the shipping box).

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund promptly.
5. Processing Time
Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Refund timing will depend on the payment method and bank or payment provider.
